We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for some reason you are not you can return all or part of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. Unless broken, return postage will not be covered by the business and we highly recommend sending your return via a tracking service as we will not be able to refund any items lost in return transit. Bad QC from Manufacturer in blind boxes (MiniGT & PopRace) will have to be taken up with the manufacturer by the customer themselves and is not regarded as faulty. We will do our due diligence on products where the model is visible upon shipping.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be received back by us in the same condition it was sent to you - unused, undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will try our best to avoid damage during shipment.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
